Fantastic Location, Functional Amenities

The layout of the family unit impressed me, accommodating our family of five with ease. I found the walking distance to the Gondola entry and Main Street very convenient. The staff offered warm service, which I appreciated. We loved the available amenities.
I noticed some wear and tear. Specifically, the carpets showed use.

The holiday park provides parking facilities, valuable, especially with limited parking in the area. Laundry facilities are also available. Self-contained cabins include seating areas at the front for relaxation. the park is near adventure activity locations.

fantastic central stay!
great layout helpful staff comfortable stay
The location was superb, just a short walk to the gondola and main street. The staff were friendly and even gave us milk on arrival for tea! the family unit had a great layout and useful amenities. It was a really comfortable stay for my family.
the parking spaces felt a bit crammed.

The standard one-bedroom cabin included coffee and tea making facilities with cups and glasses. A normal size fridge was also provided. the bathroom was very modern with a fantastic shower. I also noticed a large cooking area nearby.

The staff were easily accessible, friendly, and helpful. They even provided milk upon arrival, a nice touch. the reception was easy to find, and staff quickly answered any questions i had.

The facilities included a laundry with several machines. a shared kitchen was available too and it was clean. i noticed that everyone had their own parking space, a great convenience. There was also a large cooking area available.

fantastic location near gondola

The hotel is a very short walk to the gondola and luge. it is about a five-minute walk. cafes and other attractions are right across the street. the cabin was simple. it was functional. the shower had great pressure. I really appreciated that.
The wifi was not reliable. It often required multiple attempts to connect, a bit inconvenient.

The hotel includes parking near the cabins. It makes it very easy to load and unload luggage. shared bathrooms are huge and super clean. there is also a communal kitchen and laundry available with several machines.

leaking shower head broken heater
The location was acceptable it was walking distance to town.
The room was dated and the shower head leaked spraying water everywhere. There was a broken heater and nowhere to put anything in the bathroom it had a small sink and toilet only. It was challenging to stay in this room.

perfect location comfy beds amazing views
This place has a perfect location. I loved the easy five-minute walk to the gondola and restaurants. I enjoyed the room. It had plenty of comfy beds for my family of six. The views of mountains and lakes are amazing!
I disliked the noise from other guests. The walls seemed thin.

The room had a stylish interior, and the bathroom looked new. The beds were VERY cosy, which i liked a lot. The room size was big enough for my group, and we were comfortable. The big TV was a plus!

The reception staff was friendly and very helpful, i must say. It was easy to swap out towels for clean ones at reception. The check-in process was fast and efficient. All interactions were positive.

cabin comfort and convenience!
clean washrooms perfect location added value
i enjoyed my cabin. it was close to the super clean washrooms, a definite plus. the location was perfect, really convenient to get around. the amenities added extra value to my stay.
i noticed the room i booked didn't quite match the photos online. the pictures should accurately show what guests will get. it felt a little misleading, a bit disappointing.

The site provides dishwashing liquid and tea towels. A bonus! bike storage is available and under cctv surveillance, a secure option. the communal kitchens are kept super clean. They provide convenience.
